Conscious Table strives to be, first and foremost, an ethical operation. We buy from local producers as much as is possible, most of which are organically and sustainably grown, and each of whom we know personally. All of our seafood is sustainably sourced as certified by the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch. All appropriate food waste is composted or used as chicken or goat feed. Leftovers are donated.
We believe that our community, our planet and our palates can benefit from an operation that invests deeply in food that is grown and prepared the way it's meant to be—from the ground up.
