Former Bronco Rod Smith will join Visa, the NFL, and PLAYERS INC. to introduce Denver high school students, young Democrats, and other delegates attending
Smith, a legendary Bronco wide receiver, will be on hand to coach them through a round of the high-energy game. It was developed in cooperation with the NFL and PLAYERS INC., and incorporates lessons taught through Practical Money Skills for Life (www.practicalmoneyskills.com), a free, award-winning money management program. "Financial Football" is accompanied by a classroom curriculum and has been distributed to every public high school in 16 states, including Colorado.
The centerpiece of a national Visa/NFL financial education initiative, "Financial Football" is designed to help young Americans learn essential money management skills.
