Goodguys 1st Spring Nationals

This new hot rod and custom car festival will feature more than 2,000 1972 and earlier vintage cars and trucks sprawled throughout WestWorld, manufacturer and vendor exhibits, a swap meet and cars-for-sale area featuring rare and hard to find auto parts and turn-key cars, special “themed” parking areas, model car and pedal car show and other activities for the family. Fans will also have the chance to win a custom 1968 Pontiac Firebird.

On Friday and Saturday, the “Street Challenge Autocross” will be held. Hot rods and muscle cars will run through an electronically timed vehicle-agility course approximately 1,000 feet, featuring tight turns with rapid acceleration and deceleration at speeds averaging 20–30 mph.

The weekend comes to a climactic close Sunday, March 14th at 2:22pm for the awards ceremony. The top 100 cars from the event will be paraded in front of the stage.
